Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This policy covers the game CAPITALIUM and its website playcapitalium.com, operated by Winfive Game, an independent developer in Singapore.

Summary

  • The game only sends a technical report when it crashes or hits an error. It contains nothing that identifies you, and you can turn it off in Settings.
  • Data is kept only on our own server in Singapore. We never sell it, share it or use it for advertising.
  • The website uses no cookies, no ads and no third-party tracking.
  • To see or delete your data, just send us an email.

The game

Saves and settings stay on your computer. If Steam Cloud is on, Steam syncs your saves.

Error reports: sent automatically when the game crashes or hits an error. They contain the game version and technical details of the error, but no screenshots, no saves and not your computer user name. We use them only to fix problems. You can turn them off in Settings → Privacy.

Feedback: sent only when you choose to. Screenshots and saves are optional attachments and are off by default. Please don't include personal details in your feedback.

Achievements, Steam Cloud and other Steam features are provided by Valve and covered by the Steam Privacy Policy.

The website

We count visits with our own analytics tool, for example which pages are viewed and from which countries. We don't store IP addresses, and the statistics cannot identify you.

Retention

Error reports and feedback are kept for 90 days, website statistics for 2 years, and emails for up to 2 years after the matter is closed. The website is delivered through Cloudflare, and our server is provided by Tencent Cloud in Singapore.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your data. Write to [email protected]; to delete feedback, include the report number shown in the game. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) or the data protection authority where you live.

Other

The game is not directed at children under 13. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
